Molecular Design Lab

Our research interest is to develop and improve molecular modeling methods, while learning from experimental biology and chemistry. Although traditional structure- and ligand-based modeling will always stay a part of our work, we are currently engaging in prediction of multi-target activities, off-target effects and toxicity. In particular, we are interested in mechanistic understanding of biochemical processes, with focus on G-Protein coupled receptors, as well as Toll-like receptors and inflammation.

We are currently (re)building this page, so please check back later. In the meantime, visit our lab page hosted on the pages on the FU Berlin or check out our recently released BiasDB.
